RippleWorx is excited to announce two new Ripplers! We are thrilled to welcome Kristin and Tiffany to the team!

First, we have Kristin Burnett, raised at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the NE corner of South Carolina. She studied Performance Arts abroad in the UK at Plymouth University at Exmouth in West Devon and Notre Dame de Namur University in northern California, followed by 20 years of experience as a graphic, brand, digital and experience designer. She later moved from Vegas to Oregon to raise her now 20-year-old son, Sebastian, a mechanical engineer major at Oregon State University.

With experience in program management, graphic design, and brand design, Kristin will be instrumental in building the brand and engagement of the RippleWorx platform. Her experience focused on a high-energy audience of NIKE helps drive the same level of energy and engagement that we strive for at RippleWorx.

“Working at RippleWorx is a unique opportunity, one where collaboration and open-mindedness thrives. I am excited to work with like-minded people who value human potential as a key business driver. By developing tools and strategies to help companies build stronger engagement practices, RippleWorx is helping to create cultures rooted in diversity, equality, and inclusion.”

Last, but certainly not least, we have Tiffany Andras-Myers joining us as the Cognitive Resilience Specialist. Located in Atlanta, she thrives as a wife to her partner and mother to her son and 2 pups. She loves home-cooked meals, dancing around the house, and riding her bike around town.

With a B.S in Biology and an M.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Georgia Tech, she is also a certified mindfulness coach and evolutionary biologist. Her current path focuses on utilizing a combination of research and education to better the human condition individually, organizationally, and through collaborative work in the fields of developmental psychology, group and environmental psychology, and education.

She finds effective ways of teaching personal and social growth in a direction of improved physical and mental health, and individual resilience which aligns well with RippleWorx goals. Her experience with law enforcement will augment the capabilities that RippleWorx offers to drive motivation in a direction of wellness and resiliency.

“I am beyond excited to join the RippleWorx team after ten years of teaching mindfulness and cognitive resilience. It is clear the way the Ripple pulse fills a gap in how people learn and grow. I see all my years of expertise and recreating trainings into bitesize repetitive nudges through RippleWorx as the next and absolutely needed step toward cross-culture well-being and resilience.”
